Heaven's Dessert recipe


Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1 can condensed milk (395g)
- 3/4 cup low-fat milk
- 1 packet of Marie Cookies (about 35 cookies)
- 1 tbsp coffee (granulated)
- 1 cup of hot water 
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp sweetener (powder)
- 1/ tsp vanilla essence
- optional: lemon and orange raps (about 1/2 tsp)

Directions:
Yellow cream

Step 1 - Put the milk and the condensed milk into a small pot and stir. Add 6 egg yolks and stir again until you have an homogeneous cream.
Step 2 - Over medium heat, cook the prepared cream and stir (with an wire whisk) until it thickens.
Step 3 - Remove from the heat and pour into 6 to 10 dessert dishes or cups (depending on the size, I used 10 cups)


Marie Cookies

Step 4 - Dissolve the coffee into the hot water, inside a soup dish.
Step 5 - Dip the Marie cookies one by one (3 seconds each) and make another layer for the dessert. Put 3 to 4 cookies in each cup. Reserve it inside the refrigerator before you move to the Step number 6.


Chantilly and decoration

Step 6 - Beat the heavy cream with the sweetener and the vanilla essence in a small bowl with an electric mixer in medium speed until stiff peaks form.


Step 7 - Decorate each cup with the whipped cream and top each of them with a mixture made of lemon/orange rasps and grated Marie cookies.You can elaborate your decoration using more chantilly or you can just make a 3rd layer like you see in the photo (2nd, right).

Serve it cold (wait about 2 to 3 hours). "Bom Apetite"!!


Suggestions:
1) Replace the lemon/orange rasps and grated cookies for toasted grated almond or chocolate rasps. It will taste heavenly!!
2) Use 3 egg whites (from the 6 eggs you used) and beat until stiff peaks form. Mix gently with the whipped cream. You will get a smoother cream and it will look like clouds in the sky!
