How does it feel, to be famous?

Hello there!

Yesterday I was looking at some photos from known personalities. I saw Jennifer Aniston with her fabulous body and look, the "Brangelina" couple with their bunch of kids (and YES, always looking great), Hale Berry just beautifully walking with her kid, Miss (lil') Surie holding her parents' hands [Tom and Kate], the problematic Lindsay Lohan... and so on, the list was huge.

And all of that (I saw about 500 pics) made me think... well, a lot actually.

What do they have different from us, regular people, besides being famous? The obligation to look cool, pretty, fabulous, amazing, disturbingly attractive... and we do NOT have to!
Even to empty your bloody trash, you'd have to look in your best. Do you always look fabulous doing that?
And leaving the gym with a freshen baby face, do you do that? (or after cleaning our messy house?)

But now, ask yourself one thing. WHY? WHY DON'T WE ALL DO THE SAME??? Well dears, we should!!

Honestly, I'm used to don't care too much about my image and looks when I'm running, at the gym , cleaning my house, walking my dogs, etc. BUT I've been changing that a little. And it doesn't necessarily turns you into someone you're not, neither turns you into an arrogant person! I swear to you, it'll only make you feel better!!

We girls/women, shouldn't get pretty for someone but ourselves! We deserve it, we improve our self-esteem and we taste a bit of a famous life would be like! And there's nothing wrong with that! You should all try!

So, I'll leave you a suggestion for a regular day so you (and myself) can have that feeling of looking great all the time, everywhere, no matter what! (1st tip, wake earlier! Yes, EARLIER!)

Here's your VIP day:

6 am: Prepare your clothes: one change for gym/running and another to work according to your mood.
Go out to some workout: use a cap to warm your head, sportive gloves, skinny legs pants to run and a colorful sweatshirt. Don't forget your trainers! Get your ipod/mp4/mp3 and GO GIRL GO!! (either to a gym or for a run near home)
Note: if you're going outside, use lipstick (Vaseline is the best) to prevent burns from the outside cold weather

7.30 am: After a fabulous bath, hydrate your body inside (with water, tea and/or an homemade sportive drink) and outside (use a high fat hydration lotion) and dress up with the fabulous clothes you picked earlier

8 am to 4/5 pm: Besides work, drink plenty of water, re-touch your make up, have an healthy lunch with friends or work mates and plan something for the night with family, boyfriend or friends.

7/8pm: Change some clothes (either all of them or just changing the top to another one, more sexy) and GO OUT WOMAN!! Even a coffee/tea with friends (or a drink on Fridays) will be just great!

ps: if you worked out, for every coffee you drink, you have to drink 1 cup of water because coffee is a known cause of dehydration. Your skin and your heart will be thankful for that ;)

10 pm: Dress up for your 4th time with a sexy nightwear (AND I DON'T CARE IF YOU'RE GOING BED ALONE OR NOT!) -> because, like I said, you're dressing up for yourselves!
Note: Make sure you removed your make up and took care of your face skin with a correct cream to hydrate the skin and prevent acne to appear later



I truly hope you liked my suggestion and that you'll decide to give it a try. I didn't write all of the details preventing this post to be boring and this suggestion was kept simple so you can all at least try it because its SIMPLE!
