Felt a new energy today. I got my bracelet from Hard Rock and it helped me out gathering enough energy to run for an hour, which I'm used to do (but sometimes my legs feel weaker).

Had a weird day to be honest, feeling empty and lost - again. I was hoping this blog could give me hope to feel connected but I guess I was wrong.
Tomorrow the day will shine again with temperatures rising til 17ºC so maybe I'll go to the woods after my usual jogging.
